If you are looking for any kind of sign service I highly recommend going with these guys!
These guys did a phenomenal job on a lobby sign for my husband’s dental practice it turned out better then we could have imagined.
Frank and his team were efficient and very helpful even though we were indecisive about exactly what we wanted. They showed us many samples at their facility and did a pre-design to make sure we were happy. They were also extremely professional and efficient with installation.

What are monument signs anyway?
A monument sign is a ground mounted free standing sign. It marks the location of a building or a complex.
They are found on corners, next to entrances and close to the build/s they represent. They have an address and a name (sometimes several names) and “mark” that location. They also typically “Brand” the location
The value of a Monument Sign
Monument signs increase the value of the location and the businesses in that location. Sitting at eye level, they can leave a lasting impression.
If they are attractive, unique or memorable, the traffic into the businesses increase. This increases the sales and revenue of those businesses and is attractive to the tenants. It also brands the level of the complex and raises the value of the property itself. Monument signs are purchased and used because they increase value. Sometimes dramatic increases from a monument sign and tenant panels can add 20% or more to the valuations, far exceeding the cost.

While there are thousands of different monument signs, and 20 or more types, the overwhelming construction is out of aluminum.

Monument signs for business parks showcase the site and the business The company name is often cut into the se panels or mounted on top or both. Finishes also are numerous, but stucco is the favorite. Like stone or brick? We do that too. Shapes abound. We can build pretty much any shape, any size and any type of monument you could want.

There are 2 extremes: Large companies may have monument signs specifically for them. In many cases the entire business park is their headquarters. On the other extreme are BtoC or business to consumer businesses that are not a good fit for retail strip mall locations but still want to attract retail customers. Examples are plumbers, and tradesmen, auto repair centers, insurance, CPA and other professional services. In most cases the business park Monument marks a location, and in some unique areas will feature tenant panels
