If you are looking for any kind of sign service I highly recommend going with these guys!
These guys did a phenomenal job on a lobby sign for my husband’s dental practice it turned out better then we could have imagined.
Frank and his team were efficient and very helpful even though we were indecisive about exactly what we wanted. They showed us many samples at their facility and did a pre-design to make sure we were happy. They were also extremely professional and efficient with installation.

Monuments are located on corners, main entrances and minor entrances. A well-traveled road with heavy traffic is the ideal place to restore, rebuilt or add a monument and get noticed. Most Monument Signs are made from Aluminum tube stock. We cut and weld these together using an Aluminum MiG welder and a spooled gun. As the frame takes shape it can support the skins and saddles. The monument walls are skinned with sheet Aluminum sides. The faces vary but one common way is to cut them with a water jet or CNC router. This forms a very strong and stable structure.

Address Numbers
Address numbers are not permitted signs. The fire department requires address numbers. As a result, they can be large and bold. This provides an unique opportunity to create a great position. All new and bold address numbers also aid in the identification of the property. This makes finding the businesses inside easier and continues to boldly announce the new, modern and bold nature of the remodeled business park. The building and address numbers need to be matched. Numbers are this large create a mounting issue. Some can be mounted vertically to overcome this. The construction is a fabricated Aluminum number with welded sides and mounting bolts for stand offs. These are heavy and solidly built.
Tenant Panels
Carlsbad Signs takes your concept, redesigned for manufacture, make and installed all the signs. We can make you uniform, yet bold and distinctive tenant panels to show pride in the businesses. Some tenant signs are dimensional. The Unit numbers can be on daughter cards and have a different color for each building. These start as blanks and then can be branded with the tenant’s name later. The paint
The paint is “sign grade” and much better than automotive paint for this “job”. The pigment and practical size in larger, the finish is matte and these will sit atop for many many years. Any imperfections in the tenant panels, monuments and address numbers are fixed and a primer and finish coat of paint is applied. The paint is from Matthews Paint System and is the primer sign finishing system in the industry. Specifically formulated for signs, the paint has a range of abilities to fit the situation. It will give many years of service.

Acrylic Letters
The Acrylic is shaped on a CNC router and is “shelf cut” in the shape of a top hat. It cannot be pulled out. The colors are matched and the result is a finished product. The size, construction, colors and placement are designed to be bold and striking. They are and they mark the business park in a gorgeous landmark to make this business park stand out for the completion and the other retail businesses on the same street. The effect is to have a gorgeous monument on each of the driveways.
The footer or foundation
These monuments mount on a steel pole or poles set in concrete. It runs deep into the ground and is the anchor and structural jointing to the ground. These are of a specific depth and width. We use a professional engineering study to know exactly how deep and wide these need to be. The rebar, and other features like pea gravel, the depth of the pole and a pedestal may be used
