If you are looking for any kind of sign service I highly recommend going with these guys!
These guys did a phenomenal job on a lobby sign for my husband’s dental practice it turned out better then we could have imagined.
Frank and his team were efficient and very helpful even though we were indecisive about exactly what we wanted. They showed us many samples at their facility and did a pre-design to make sure we were happy. They were also extremely professional and efficient with installation.
If you are looking for any kind of sign service I highly recommend going with these guys!

Signs for your unit
Carlsbad Signs is a company that provides signs and support directly to the USMC. Your MOS maybe new, we would like to make sure the current S-4 staff has our information. Carlsbad Signs wants to be your source when the base sign shop is not able to support your request for signs. We want the process to be easy for you to use our services:
Interesting Signs
What is a Proof?
You will be provided a quote and include a “Proof” of the sign you requested. You can take these to your command and get the approval before any commitment is made. Once you have approval, send them back and we will start on your signs.
Camel Back Signs
These signs come with a number of signs. Unit signs, Battalion Signs, Regiment signs, post and panel signs are all used. This type of signs have a few variations, but there is a very uniform shape. The camel back marks the unit and building, this is the sign that tells everybody where the unit is
The Base Sign Shop
We work hand in hand with the base sign shop. We comply with their sign guidelines and other requests. There is still a huge difference between us and the base sign shop. We have manufacturing abilities that are based off more modern equipment, digital printing, CNC routers, paint booths and welding not available in the base sign shop. Because of this we can make your unit a much more advanced sign
Worn and Old Signs
Many signs are outdated with information that is not relevant or worse, misdirects. We can help you design new signs to provided commander’s intent. Provide authorized visitors and new personnel meaningful, easy to follow directions to areas and organizations on base. Your Division, Regiment or Battalion has a long history, your sign may also. But that is not good, faded paint, pealing letters? Many signs were red when made, but years in the sun and now they are more pink. The command has changed so many times you cannot drill in the new names? The new name are bright and have true colors against a larger old and ugly sign? These are great reasons to replace that sign. We can help. We have the right colors, the right materials, the right lettering. We know what you need and will tell you before there is a mess up.

Need to motivate a unit? Need to create a focus on a specific issue? We can help. We have made messaging boards that do exactly that. We can make number sets to track the number of days with or without a specific event. You get what you measure and you need to measure performance. Ribbons boards, Medals and unit designators
Your unit marks its history with ribbon boards. There is a constant need to update these to reflect the correct history. We understand there is a requirement to have a perfect order, a perfect placement and a set gap around these ribbons. Also the cloth examples often need to be converted to flat colors to meet your requirements. Let us help make your unit’s history Marine proud
Squadron Signs
Aviation requirements are different: If you are in logistics, a squadron, a maintenance unit or command, you need to mark your tendency. Light Helicopter Squadrons, Medium Helicopter Squadrons, Osprey squadrons all benefit from the correct markings on buildings, windows, walls, and with signage. Squadrons change names and designations many times over the years, get yours current and correct.
